During construction, your project benefits from the constant oversight of our two principals. Joey’s focus is on the masterful execution of the build. He is on-site and hands on to personally guide the craftsmanship and approve every architectural detail. Jeff’s focus is on seamless project management. As your dedicated Project Manager, he coordinates all trades and suppliers, managing the timeline and budget with meticulous precision.

Welcome Home

The handover stage marks the exciting culmination of your home build, where the completed project is formally transferred from JT Homes to you, the homeowner. This crucial phase involves a thorough inspection to ensure everything meets the agreed-upon standards, along with the provision of all essential documentation like warranties, manuals, and keys, empowering you to fully enjoy your new home.
